In this episode of Radical People, Eamon talks with “Brandon” who was an organizer with Tar Sands Blockade in Texas back in 2012-2013. Brandon tells a story about a day when everything went right. Strangely, everything played out perfectly. The action was at the outset of the campaign, and Brandon then describes how only weeks later, things took a turn for the worse, as Transcanada directed the police to begin using “pain compliance” on blockaders.
